Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Iceland's Reykjavik. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she trains athletes. Annie is the first woman to take home at the CrossFit Games twice. In 2010, she placed second. Annie Thorisdottir is a Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter as well as a media star. The media has praised her for being the sole woman to ever win two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, and in 2017, she won her first Dubai Fitness Competition. However, she was unable to make it to the top of the tournament, and ended her time with an overall score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. That same year, with Jami's guidance, she took home the gold medal at the CrossFit Games. It was in her second year of competition that she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she became the very first female athlete to win CrossFit Games. Annie was again victorious at the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her outstanding performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to be crowned the winner of twice in CrossFit Games at once. In addition, in 2014 she won a silver medal and recently in 2021 won bronze in CrossFit Games. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie has become a famous athlete when she gained the attention of. She's worked on behalf of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydrolysis Sidekick Yerbae, among others.
