Hayley Orantia is American singer, actress and acrobat. The majority of people recognize her by the title of Erica Goldberg, from the show 'The Goldbergs' on television. Although she's a singer, her primary passion is music. Music, according to her, is the very first thing she loves. Her first time playing the instrument at the age of nine. As she grew to the age of 12 her music took more serious form and she started training professionally. The year 2013 saw her take the plunge into songwriting and made her debut album. The rest is history. Orrantia has been born in the USA but has Hispanic origins. Despite the fact that she only spoke English growing up and had not been to Mexico, Orrantia is extremely proud of her Hispanic heritage. To preserve the heritage she's learning Spanish. She also creates songs using the Spanish language. One of her songs was an original Spanish song titled 'Hasta Verte..' In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the premiere season of The X Factor. Orrantia was chosen as a result of an YouTube video and was awarded four "yes" vote from the judges in the live audition stage held in Seattle, Washington. Her initial audition was performing as a solo artist, however following "Hollywood Week" the three female performers were added to a group to continue the auditions. They were eliminated from the show during the fifth live week.
